How can new digital technologies and data be systematically transformed into value-adding services and solutions? How can suitable use cases for AI-based services be identified and prioritized? What do promising business models for data-based solutions look like and how can they be tested before they are introduced? How can data-based innovations be developed collaboratively in ecosystems? We deal with these and other questions relating to the systematic development of data-based services and business models in the "Service and Business Development" application area. In doing so, we rely on a systematic approach and the use of suitable methods and tools that we have developed and tested in numerous projects with companies and institutions.
